POWDER COATING
In 1994, we were the first industrial coating contractor to start powder coating metal with blasting as pre-treatment. Today we tackle even the largest jobs: we can process large, heavy components. Preceded by a chemical pre-treatment, if desired.
SPECIALS
For unusual applications we have special solutions, such as heatproof, antislip and scratch-resistant metallic coatings. We often employ a multicoat system for customers in the offshore industry, to protect metal against the most extreme conditions. Given aesthetic considerations, we generally recommend super durable and offshore structure coating systems.

Driven by progress, we have continuously updated our powder coating line. We now have various booths and a range of ovens, and we can even apply two coats in a single pass.

POWDER COATING SYSTEM
We lay the foundation with a perfect pre-treatment, which is followed by a first-rate powder coating system. We primarily use powders from Akzo Nobel, producer of the best and longest lasting powder coatings and deservedly market leader.
